Family Life Research

You are invited to take part in an online survey for a research project.

The research is exploring services and supports for refugee and migrant children and young people who are exposed to, or at risk of, family and domestic violence (FDV).

We are interested to hear the perspectives of service providers and community members working or volunteering in a range of sectors and organisations. This may include in refugee and migrant settlement, youth services and support, FDV prevention or support, education, health services, justice or correctional services, child protection, or people involved with community organisations. Even if you do not work closely with children and young people from refugee and migrant backgrounds experiencing or at risk of FDV, we are still interested to hear your views.

The research will support evidence-based recommendations for FDV prevention and support programs.

This survey will take about 15-20 minutes and there are five short sections.

The survey is confidential – we will not tell anyone else you have done it. We will write up the overall findings from the study in a report so that we can share this with other people. You will not be identified in this report.

Yours sincerely,
A/Prof Anna Ziersch, A/Prof Clemence Due, A/Prof Lillian Mwanri, Dr Moira Walsh
