Thank you for participating in this survey on False Positives, also known as Sales Insults. This refers to transactions turned away due to suspected fraud, when it would have in fact been a legitimate order. Often overlooked, False Positives can have a major impact on a merchant’s revenue. Your participation in this survey, which remains anonymous, will help the industry better understand False Positives. This survey is only intended for merchants who sell goods or services in the CNP or Customer-Not-Present channel.

The Customer-Not-Present (CNP) channel includes web eCommerce, mobile commerce including mobile web and mobile app, mail order and telephone order (MOTO) transactions.

All participants that complete the survey will:
