Father School Experiences Study

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. This survey has 53 questions and should take about 20-30 minutes to complete. This survey is part of a research study on the experiences of fathers of school-aged children with deaf blindness (ages 3-21). Your responses to this survey will be confidential and every effort will be made to protect your privacy. We will not collect any individually identifiable data, such as your name or address. Your participation is totally voluntary and you may stop participating at any point.
