It has been over six months since BSP launched the FlexCube Banking portal on  the 10th April 2023.  This  survey seeks to determine the CURRENT Status  of  satisfaction by Businesses and any   ongoing issues and costs to business since the release of the new platform 

Has there been improvement  in your banking processes and needs?
Has it normalised to where it was before 
OR are your patching your way around a system which still has issues?
Is it back to a stable and trusted system?
