Create a purposeful path to your well-being goals with this virtual workshop, which includes 3 weekly sessions hosted by the following Well Wisconsin team member:

This workshop will connect participants with the new Well Wisconsin challenge—Side Quests. During this workshop, discover your "why" for well-being, set smart goals, and discover resources and connections to support you in achieving your goals.
Additionally, workshop participants are invited to attend four optional activities to support your personalized well-being goals hosted by the following Well Wisconsin team members:
Kayla Schneider, Daily Steps
Katie Lovell, Timed Exercise
Laura Newman, Mindful Minutes
Katie Lovell, Quality Sleep
