Welcome to the application for the high school After School Program: Inside/Outside Birds workshop, which takes place on November 7, 2015 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. The application deadline is midnight on October 25, 2015. Please note that your application is not complete until this entire form is completed and you reach the confirmation/thank you page.

Students will be notified of acceptance/rejection via email by October 30th.
