2013 3rd Annual San Francisco Peacemaker Awards
CALL FOR 2013 PEACEMAKER AWARDS NOMINATIONS!
Greetings from Community Boards, San Francisco's not-for-profit conflict resolution center! We provide an array of conflict resolution services: mediation, facilitation, and training. Our Neighborhood Mediation Program is the oldest, longest-running public mediation program in the U.S.
We need your assistance and guidance in selecting the nominees for the 3rd Annual San Francisco Peacemaker Awards on Friday, June 7 at The City Club of San Francisco. The three awards honor an individual, an organization and a youth for their contributions in making Bay Area communities safer and healthier places to live.
As a community stakeholder, please take a moment to nominate individuals and/or organizations working in San Francisco to promote peacemaking through conflict resolution and/or violence prevention through community engagement, services or public education activities.
If you wish to nominate more than one person for the same award, you will need to complete a separate survey.
Please help us get the word out about these awards by sharing this survey with others.
The deadline for nominations is Sunday, March 31, 2013. We eagerly await your response, and thank you in advance for your participation!
