Background: A metal-clad storage facility will be constructed in Hudson Park for storage of League equipment for
maintenance and programming. It will be approximately 1000 (50’x20’) square feet. It will be owned and operated
by Cumberland Oxford Community League.

* 2. Mural.
Background: A mural is proposed for the north wall facing Cumberland Road. The theme and image have not
been determined yet. The mural could reflect themes like local history by including the racetrack or drive-in
theatre that used to be in the area.

* 3. Tree Removal & Replacement. 
Background: Two trees  will be removed at the League’s expense as part of the construction of the facility. This summer,
as part of an unrelated Urban Canopy Expansion project, the City will be adding approximately 36 new trees to Hudson Park, including 12 new trees in the immediate vicinity of the rink, spray park and playground.
