Fisherman's Wharf Post Workshop Survey

These questions are intended to accompany the Ventura County Harbor Department's Fisherman's Wharf public workshop, held in person and offered virtually, on Sept. 19, 2022 at the Oxnard Performing Arts Center. Please feel free to provide comments on each proposal presented. * 2. Please provide your comments regarding the Karl's Adventure Village proposal. Karl's Adventure Village is a visitor-serving strawberry-themed park. The village would offer free entry to shops, restaurants, rides, and activities that celebrate the strawberry.

* 3. Please provide your comments regarding Pacific Heritage Communities' proposal. The proposal includes mixed-used, including commercial, retail, and housing. The proposal includes a tenant mix offering a variety of new dining, entertainment and shopping experience, a boutique hotel, activated community spaces, and apartments.

* 4. Please provide your comments regarding Valner & Litwak's proposal. This proposal is a market-anchored lifestyle retail center. The proposal includes a specialty grocery store, retail, restaurants, playground, water feature, an amphitheater, and possible residential.
