Northeast US and Canada marine work: focus and identification |
The Northeast Aquatic Nuisance Species Panel (NortheastANS.org) would like to hear from you.
The Northeast Aquatic Nuisance Species Panel (“NEANS Panel” NortheastANS.org) would like to hear from you about your work and involvement with marine invasive species. The Panel is one of six of the federal Aquatic Nuisance Species Task Force. The NEANS Panel works in the northeast US and Canada region (New England, New York, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Québec, and Prince Edward Island) to form a regional response to invasive plants and animals through communication, coordination, and collaboration.
The Panel’s Marine Work group is reaching out to those working on marine invasive species in the region to identify gaps in marine invasive work, and to help build a community. Your input and perspectives will inform the Panel’s Marine Work Group and guide its work. This information is not intended to be available publicly, but we will provide it to survey participants upon request.

Your responses by November 18, 2022 are appreciated.
We would be grateful if you would please distribute this survey to your contacts so that the Work Group can have a complete landscape of marine invasive work from Long Island Sound to Prince Edward Island.
Should you have questions, please contact Michele Tremblay at info@NortheastANS.org or 603.796.2615. Thank you.
