The Effects of Federal Government Cuts on Art Therapists

The unprecedented cuts to our federal government have caused unimaginable upheaval in people's lives and have had profound effects on mental health. As we navigate the challenges unfolding around us, AATA is surveying the art therapy community to assess how the large-scale cuts to federal agencies, including workforce, grants, and resources, are affecting our members.

From this information, we can better respond to emerging crises and continue to raise awareness and advocate on behalf of our members and the communities you serve.

This survey is confidential. Adding your email address is optional, and will not be shared.
1.Are you an art therapist working for…
2.Have you lost your job or have been furloughed due to federal government cuts?
3.Is there anything else you think AATA should know about the federal government cuts to workers, grants, and resources?
4.Are you a current AATA Member? (We are asking as we are sharing resources in the MyAATA Community)
5.[OPTIONAL] What is your email address?
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We will discuss our findings during the next All-Member Meeting, April 30, (for AATA Members). Please register here for the Zoom link.
