Virtual Fitness Class Series, Jan 17 through Feb 28
Fridays at 12 pm CT

Join our 7-week fitness class series designed for the prenatal body. All are welcome to join this gentle, slow-paced yoga practice that includes holding poses for a longer period of time. Participants are invited to use props, like yoga blocks, blankets and bolsters.

This yoga series will be hosted by the following Well Wisconsin fitness instructor who is also an expecting mom:
