Informal Conflict Management Systems (ICMS) are a set of procedures within an organization designed to address and resolve workplace conflict early on at the lowest possible level. The goal is to foster a culture of open communication and problem-solving, preventing issues from escalating into formal complaints or grievances. However, ICMS can also be accessed during informal or formal processes at any time.
