Introduction
Researchers at Ipsos Healthcare & CRC Research want to learn about the experiences and needs of people with prostate cancer.

TOUCH POINT TELEPHONE INTERVIEW –125 CAD
The study involves participation in 60 minute telephone interviews which will be facilitated by an experienced healthcare moderator. Past participants have commented that the experience allowed them to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and that they appreciated the opportunity to express themselves in a special way. These interviews will be scheduled at a date and time that are convenient for you.
WRITTEN JOURNAL – 400 CAD
The study involves participation in a [5] day journal, similar to a personal diary, except that each day you are given a unique exercise to complete over 5 days. The average time to complete the journal is 5 hours in total over the course of 7 to 10 days. The exercises may ask you to reflect on your personal story and your thoughts and feelings about prostate cancer. Past participants have commented that the experience allowed them to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and that they appreciated the opportunity to express themselves in a special way.
At any time during the process you can withdraw if you no longer want to continue. Your responses are confidential, and there will be no follow-up or attempt to sell you anything. Once you return the completed journal, you will be paid an honorarium as a thank you for your time.
Below are preliminary questions which will help us determine your eligibility for this study. Once we receive your answers, we will contact you if you qualify.
Upon completion of the study, we will send you the promised honorarium in appreciation of your time.
