2024 CMAP Municipal Survey

Thank you for contributing to this year’s Municipal Survey. By completing the survey, you can help CMAP better understand your community’s priorities and needs.

Survey Instructions

Due Dates: This survey opens Monday, September 23, 2024, at 9:00 AM (CT). Please note that filling out the survey may take approximately 1 hour. Municipalities are encouraged to begin filling out the survey as soon as possible.

Coordination: This survey may require input from more than one staff member or department. To ensure timely and accurate responses, CMAP recommends that one municipal staff member serves as a “Survey Shepherd” by collecting information from various sources as necessary and completing the survey. It may also be useful to convene a meeting and complete the survey together.

Submitting a Completed Survey:

If you close the survey, it will resume on the last page you were on. However, answers will not be saved until you click “NEXT” at the bottom of the page. If you are unsure of answering a certain question, you may skip over the question to revisit at a later time prior to submitting the survey.
