Manotick Legion Seniors Survey


This survey is intended only for Seniors, aged 55 years or above. It solicits feedback to support the development and implementation of an Omnibus Seniors Program at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 314 and is open to Seniors from within the Branch itself, as well as other Seniors living in the Manotick area.

5.Each activity will require a dedicated person to lead that activity, and who better than one of the members of that activity group. If you have entered "Definitely" to any of the activities set out above, please indicate whether you would be willing to serve as the Activity Lead, responsible for coordinating and leading that activity group, at the Branch. If you do not wish to be considered as Activity Lead, please choose answer "a." to this question. If you are, indeed, interested in serving as an Activity Lead, please do not assume that someone else will assume the role. Select answer "b." to this question and write the name of the activity you seek to lead, in the space provided.
