Calling all makers, purchasers and suppliers of healthcare equipment

1. WELCOME

The goal: To build New Zealand’s healthcare capability today for the challenges we may face tomorrow.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and ideas on how New Zealand might fight COVID-19. Through this form, the McGuinness Institute aims to provide a simple registration and filtering system so we can #linkup the supply chain and #liftup our healthcare system capacity. We welcome makers, purchasers and suppliers of healthcare products as well as organisations or individuals with production capabilities (e.g. raw materials, bulk fabric or 3D printing) and/or time to give to the cause.

While we are hopeful that the self-isolation strategy will work, we feel it is important to build the connections and capabilities now in case we need to implement a ‘Plan B’ later.

Every morning we will publish an Excel sheet on the our website’s home page which you can download to see who is doing what to fill the supply chain gap. We will only make public your first name (only), the city/town you are based in, your supply chain interest, the location of any product (if relevant) and whether you are partaking in this survey as a maker, purchaser and/or seller.

Occasionally we might send you an update for urgent items to encourage swift collective action to find items in the supply chain that need urgent solutions.
