Accessible Input Survey

The survey below was developed as part of the San Joaquin Coordinated Public Transit Human Services Transportation Plan (CTP) process to gather input from seniors, individuals with disabilities, representatives of the public, private and nonprofit transportation and human services providers, and other members of the public (i.e. veterans, homeless persons, and transit dependent populations). The goal of the survey is to assess the current transportation offerings and identify any gaps in service for vulnerable populations.
