Some of this information collected in this questionnaire is considered to be special category or sensitive data under UK GDPR 2021 and Data Protection Act 2018. This information will be stored securely in line with the WWA Confidentiality Data Protection and Sharing Information policy.
The information provided will be stored anonymously. However, should you share any personal details or names in your responses to this survey, we will anonymise this data.
We will retain the information provided by you in this survey to analyse and report on the information we receive. To collect this data, we are relying on legitimate interest as our lawful basis.
The information provided by you will be stored anonymously and will be held for the retention period of six years. After this time the anonymised data will be deleted but the statistical results will be retained e.g. reports on feedback.
Please note that your data will contribute to the statistical analysis so cannot be forgotten (e.g. if your anonymised data has been included as a part of the statistics in a report or as part of a funding bid, it cannot be removed after the report has been published). However no identifying information will be held about you.
