The Victoria MOA Network launched at the end of 2023. After only a few months, the Network now has 41 MOA and Office Manager members representing 20 Victoria PCN clinics.

As we look towards next fiscal year, we’d like to hear from Division members working in full-service family practice clinics regarding what activities and/or supports they’d like to see the network plan for and prioritize. You will receive a 30-minute sessional for completing.

Please consider the below areas of supports and services as you respond to the questions:

• Resources (e.g., manuals or protocols)
• Education/training
• Health and Safety (e.g., emergency preparedness, protocols, procedures)
• Recruitment/retention
• Administrative skills (e.g., organization, phone etiquette)
• Technology

• Clinic workflows
• Community resources and services (e.g., Pathways, LifeLabs, etc.)
• Cultural safety
