The One Motorcycle Show 2025 Portland Market Vendor Application

**This application is for market vendors only; food vendors will need to fill out the Food Vendor Application**

Thank you for your interest in vending at The One Motorcycle Show Portland! The show will be taking place May 2nd-4th, 2025, at Zidell Yards. We anticipate 18,000 people in attendance, and are looking for vendors who will provide a wide range of goods for our attendees.

We will have an open and rolling application process for food vendors. Please know, completing and submitting this application is not a guarantee of space or placement. Accepted vendors will receive a vendor agreement and invoice to guarantee your placement at the show.

Now to March 7: Vendor applications open
February 3 to April 11: Vendor acceptances

LOAD IN
Thursday, May 1: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a specific time slot provided for accepted vendors in April

SHOW HOURS
Friday, May 2: 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Saturday, May 3: 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Sunday, May 4: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

LOAD OUT:
Sunday, May 4: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM

10x20 Footprint: $1,550.00
20x20 Footprint: $2,550.00
Footprint larger than 20x20: You will need to reach out to vendors@theonemoto.com for the pricing of any size footprint larger than the ones listed.

Please note: The entrance/exit for the show has been moved over by the parking lot on the north side. All Vendors will be located at the front by this entrance.
