The One Motorcycle Show 2025 Portland Food Vendor Application

*This application is for food vendors only; market vendors will need to fill out the Market Vendor Application*

Thank you for your interest in vending at The One Motorcycle Show Portland! The show will be taking place May 2nd-4th, 2025, at Zidell Yards. We anticipate 18,000 people in attendance, and are looking for vendors who will provide a delicious and diverse range of food for our attendees.

We will have an open and rolling application process for food vendors. Please know, completing and submitting this application is not a guarantee of space or placement. Accepted vendors will receive a vendor agreement and invoice to guarantee your placement at the show.

VENDOR TIMELINE
Now - March 5: Vendor applications open
March 5 - March 14: Vendor acceptances
March 14: Vendor fee payment due

LOAD IN
Thursday, May 1: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a specific time slot provided for accepted vendors in April

SHOW HOURS
Friday, May 2: 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Saturday, May 3: 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Sunday, May 4: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

LOAD OUT:
Sunday, May 4: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM

10x10 Footprint: $700.00
Footprints Larger than 10x10: $1000.00 min; You will need to reach out to vendors@theonemoto.com for the pricing of any size footprint larger than the ones listed.
