If you are experiencing any of the above technical issues, and are not using Version 2.15.2.971, we recommend upgrading to the latest version. To do so, please follow these steps:
1. If your Games Manager is currently open, please close it. 
2. Open your PC's Control Panel 
3. Click on Programs and Features
4. Double-click on Games Manager to uninstall
5. Go to www.iwin.com
6. Select any game to download and install

This will install the latest version of the Games Manager, 2.15.2.971

If you are still having problems after upgrading, please contact Customer Support and include a copy of your Games Manager Log file with your support ticket.
