What is the Energy Transition? 

The ‘Energy Transition’ in Tipperary refers to County Tipperary’s journey to a more sustainable future and a move away from fossil fuels.

This is part of a radical transformation regarding Ireland’s Energy System. The country will be required to meet new Climate Policy objectives which will result in a transformative low carbon energy system by 2050.
