Mission: To estimate the reach and impact of the states and local communities participating in the 16th Annual Falls Prevention Awareness Week on September 18-22, 2023.
Objective: To build on and capture the momentum and enthusiasm from Falls Prevention Awareness Week 2023 and the theme From Awareness to Action, with the goal of uniting older adults, caregivers, professionals, and family members to play a part in raising awareness and helping older adults take action to prevent falls.
Survey submissions provide NCOA with valuable content that we include in the annual Falls Prevention Awareness Week impact report.
