What is Monument 2040?

The Monument 2040 Comprehensive Plan will establish a 20-year vision for the Town of Monument. This vision will be a direct reflection of the community’s aspirations, ensuring that the town’s growth and development align with the values of residents.

The Plan will serve as a long-term blueprint, guiding the community’s growth over the next 15-20 years and addressing critical areas such as housing, economic development, stormwater management, parks, and downtown Monument.

More than a plan, this is our commitment—to honor Monument’s history while forging a future that is vibrant, resilient, and uniquely ours.
