The purpose of this survey is to garner information from women in policing who have successfully promoted to the most senior ranks in the profession. The results of this survey and follow up interviews will be analyzed to develop a career path model as a blueprint for women to employ who endeavor to rise to senior leadership positions within the policing profession and ascend through policing ranks.
