The JVA is excited to once again host the Club Management Track on Wednesday, December 14th from 1:30-5:30pm during the AVCA Convention in Omaha, Nebraska. Join other Club Directors and Club Administrators to network, listen, connect and learn. The JVA Club Management Track is included in the AVCA Full Convention Registration. Kick off the week with a day of education and networking focused entirely on running a junior volleyball club!
What to expect?
The afternoon will begin with a Welcome Gathering at 1:00pm with light refreshments, followed by back to back presentations on maintaining culture through growth, managing and training coaches, facility scheduling and operations, onboarding parents, managing large numbers at tryouts and more!

Presenters include VCNebraska Director Maggie Griffin, Carolina Union Volleyball Club Director John Brannon and Associate Director Abbi Hayes, Mintonette Sports Director Max Miller, The Academy Volleyball Club Director of Coach and Player Development Travis Fuller, Munciana Co-Director Mike Lingenfelter, and A Better Way Athletics Director of Business Development Heath Eslinger.
The JVA Annual Gathering will immediately follow with keynote speaker and comedian Micah "Bam Bam" White, to bring us inspiration, reflection and laughter. A Happy Hour serving food and drinks will continue until 7:00pm for discussion and making quality connections.
