INTRODUCTION

BACKGROUND

Swimming Australia is currently reviewing the impact its 2021-2032 Strategy (Swimming 2032 - Our Decade of Opportunity) has had on Swimming Australia, and on Swimming in Australia, between 2021 and 2024.

Based on this review, Swimming Australia will work with its key stakeholders to develop a refreshed 2032 Strategy, which will drive the organisation's direction and activities between 2025 and 2028, in the first instance, and then through to Brisbane 2032.

McLaughlin Sports Consultancy has been engaged to independently guide the Strategy refresh process.

YOUR SAY!

A really important element of the 2032 Strategy refresh process is for key Swimming Australia stakeholders (e.g. Swimming Australia Board Directors and Staff; Member Organisation Board Directors and Staff; Regional/District Association Committee Members; Club Committee members; Swimmers; Parents of Junior Swimmers (under 15 years); Coaches; Technical Officials; other volunteers and stakeholders) to complete this short e-Survey by midnight Wednesday 23rd October 2024.

The survey should take 10-20 minutes to complete (depending on the depth of your responses) and the information you provide will be a very important contribution to guiding Swimming Australia's future direction and activities.

Note: All information you provide when completing the survey will remain anonymous and will only be used by McLaughlin Sports Consultancy for the purpose of guiding the development of the refreshed Swimming Australia Strategy. The survey is designed to be completed by relevant stakeholders aged 15 years and over - In the case of junior stakeholders, we encourage parents/caregivers to complete the survey with/for the junior.

On behalf of Swimming Australia, thanks for taking the time to provide input into the future of Swimming in Australia - we appreciate and value your feedback!!
