Question Title

* 1. Carbon Neutral Kent Woodlands (CNKW) is an organization created by Kent Woodlands residents concerned about climate change.

We thank you for taking the time to complete the Energy Survey, which will help us understand important information about what members are already doing to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The first set of questions are focused on electricity generation.

More than a third of  Marin County’s greenhouse gas emissions are from buildings.  We can dramatically reduce our household carbon footprint by ending our use of natural gas and by choosing MCE Deep Green electricity.

Which service generates electricity for your home? PG&E provides the billing and power infrastructure (the grid) for Marin County. However, you have three choices for how your electricity is generated: PG&E (49% renewable), MCE Light Green (60% renewable), and MCE deep green (100% renewable).
(You can find this information in your PG&E bill.)
