Sophomore; completed at least 45 units and completed ONE upper-division course in FCS/KIN/HS with a B or better.

Junior; completed at least one upper-division course in FCS/KIN/HS with a B or better.

Senior; completed at least one upper-division course in FCS/KIN/HS with a B or better.

Graduating Senior; *Persons who are joining KON the semester in which their graduation occurs are expected to exceed the essential 4 hours of service per semester required to receive honor cords for graduation and are only accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Graduate; completed 12 units in Graduate Level 500-600 FCS/KIN/HS courses with a "B" or better.

Examples for HS: write in either Health Adm, Public Health, or Rad Sci.

2. ADDITIONALLY, write in the class and GRADE you earned in the upper division class(es) you have COMPLETED. IMPORTANT: Any classes that are IN-PROGRESS are NOT ACCEPTABLE for this answer, only COMPLETED classes with a grade of B or better are acceptable.
Undergraduates: LIST the completed upper division (300 Level) FCS/ KIN/HS class(es) and the GRADE you earned (at least one class/grade must have earned a grade of B, B+, A-, or A).
Graduates: LIST the 12 units (4 classes) of graduate level that you have completed with a B, B+, A-, or A.
