1. Introduction

Welcome to the Twelve Skills Self-Assessment. This short survey will provide you with a high-level evaluation of your current capability level for each of the Twelve Skills. You'll note the skills are organized into three paired areas: Strategy-Results, Communication-Change, and Talent-Teams. At the center of the framework is Self-Assessment—the purpose of this survey is to help create that for you. The link to a more, detailed self-assessment is available in the Twelve Skills book available at Amazon. It will provide you with a deeper analyses of capabilities and competencies for each of the twelve skills.

This high-level assessment asks a series of questions about your current leadership skills and workplace performance. The entire survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete and your responses will remain anonymous.

From your responses, you’ll begin building self-awareness and identify skills to target for immediate improvement.  Simply provide your email address after you complete the survey, and we’ll send you your complimentary, customized assessment results.
