Have Your Say - Annual Southern Downs Library Service Survey

Annual Southern Downs Library Service Survey

Southern Downs Libraries are undertaking our annual survey and would appreciate your input. This survey will take 5-10 minutes to complete.

Southern Downs Libraries has 3 branches, Allora, Stanthorpe, and Warwick, and we invite you to complete this survey to assist in the forward planning of library programs.

Programs within libraries cover all ages. To best serve our community, we aim to gather information regarding your areas of interest to help us plan our programming services.

Each section of the survey offers an ‘Other’ option where you can provide expanded information or opinions on the question being asked.

We will use the information provided in your responses to guide the future direction of the library service.

Your answers to our survey are completely anonymous. We will not ask for identifying information and your responses are compiled together with answers from other customers so we have no way of identifying ‘who said what’.

This survey closes Friday, 20 December 2024.
