Community Survey

The goal of this survey is to connect with residents of selected neighborhoods of Fairfield, Suisun City and Vacaville who are interested in sharing knowledge about their communities with us. This information will serve as a basis for future greening projects in these neighborhoods*. 

We would also like to inform residents living in these selected neighborhoods about the environmental hazards in the air and the water around them in order to increase the understanding of environmental issues that residents of these communities are affected by. 
 
If you live in these neighborhoods and are interested in creating a healthy, resilient and beautiful neighborhood that may include trees, sustainable gardens and access to fruits and vegetables please fill the survey below and include your contact information to see if we can bring any of our programs and resources right to your home and neighborhoods.
