Kansas HAF Homeowner Survey
The President of the United States signed the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), which includes the Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF), into law. The State of Kansas will receive $56,648,216 from the HAF, and the Kansas Housing Resources Corporation (KHRC) has been designated as the HAF Participant to administer the HAF for the state. The purpose of the HAF is to prevent mortgage delinquencies and defaults, foreclosures, loss of utilities or home energy services, and displacement of homeowners experiencing financial hardship after January 21, 2020. The purpose of this survey is to gather input from homeowners to assist KHRC in the design of the programs for providing assistance. The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. Please complete this survey only once. Thank you for your time and input to the survey.
