Exhibit Tables
All exhibit tables will be draped, come with two chairs and one wastebasket.

Exhibit Requirements
Sponsors can set-up their tables/booths as early as 8:00 am on June 12. Tables/booths must be torn down no later than noon on June 15. Gold sponsors (on a first-come, first-served basis) will have first selection of placement of their exhibit table.

Exhibitor Insurance
The conference hotel - the Loews Royal Pacific Hotel - requires exhibitors to provide the following insurance coverages during pre-exhibit set-up, the exhibit and/or meeting dates, and post-exhibit break-down periods.

Commercial General Liability - minimum limits of $5,000,000 per occurrence (combined single limits for Bodily Injury and Property Damage). Coverage shall include Broad Form Contractual Liability and Products and Completed Operations.
Auto Liability - minimum limits of $5,000,000 combined and single limit for bodily injury and property damage
Worker's Compensation with statutory limits for the jurisdiction within which the work is performed. Employer Liability with minimum limits of $1,000,000

A Certificate of Insurance must be provided to NCDA. Please provide the certificate to Marcy Esbjerg at mesbjerg@ncdaonline.org.
