Stakeholder Engagement Survey- Citizens

The Town of Fort Macleod understands that Economic Development is essential to keeping a town sustainable while ensuring responsible growth occurs to meet the needs of its citizens. In an effort to find that balance, the Town is undertaking the development of an Economic Development Strategy (EDS) as outlined in the Municipal Development Plan (MDP) and wants to hear from its citizens to help shape the strategy.

We want to hear from you, as citizens of the Town, on what your priorities are for Economic Development in the Town of Fort Macleod. Please take this survey by October 20th, 2024 to provide your feedback into shaping the strategy that will provide an action plan for economic development in the Town of Fort Macleod for the next ten years.

Garnering Results Consulting has been hired by the Town to manage the project and deliver an Economic Development Strategy with Action Plan that will help guide Town Council and Administration for the next ten years. They will take the feedback provided through this survey to help create a “What We Heard Report” that will be shared as well as utilize the information to create an EDS for review by administration and Council. Additional stakeholder consultations will be occurring with the business community and Council.
