- Confirm a Screening Date for your First Patient Screening: within 2 weeks prior to SIV
- First Patient Screened: within 1 week following SIV
- First Patient Randomized: within 4 weeks following SIV
- Second Patient Randomized: within 6 weeks following SIV
- Additional Patients Randomized: at least every 2 weeks
