If you have not completed a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and are a non-citizen with a current lawful presence (DACA, Temporary Protective Status, Special Immigrant Juvenile, Asylum seeker) please fill out the following form, so that we can calculate your SAI (Student Aid Index) to determine your financial eligibility for a Stephen Phillips Scholarship.
In your Stephen Phillips Scholarship Application, when asked to upload a 2024-2025 FAFSA Submission Summary (FSS), please upload a document stating that you are completing the FAFSA Non-Filer Financial Form.
