Course Aim
To equip delegates with the basic knowledge and skills needed to assist members in their workplaces deal with restructures.

Course Objectives
By the end of this course participants should be able to:

Describe key documents affecting restructures,
Display knowledge of PSA principles, processes and staff roles,
Describe the role of the delegate and members in dealing with restructures, and
Develop responses to specific restructure situations

There is no charge for this course. Certificates of attendance and completion are issued to participants.
