Introduction

Thank you for your interest in the 2025 PruBono Small Business Programs. This assessment will help us understand some of your business' most pressing needs and how they could potentially be addressed through support from Prudential skilled volunteers. Applicants will have the opportunity to submit up to 2 challenge areas where they could receive targeted consultative support to grow and strengthen their companies.

Applications will take about 15-30 minutes to complete. The deadline to apply is December 13th, 2024. Please note that completing an application does not guarantee participation. Program Details

Prubono Small Business Marathon Prubono Small Business Consulting
Timeline Two 4-hour virtual sessions on April 29 & May 1 from 12pm-4pm ET 12 weeks of project work from April 8 to June 26
Hands on work
  • 1 hour training on April 9
  • 2-3 hours pre-program prep work
  • 1 hour connector call
  • 1 hour training on April 2
  • 1-2 hours pre-program prep work
  • 2.5-hour kickoff on April 8 from 1pm-3:30pm ET
  • 3-5 hours per week (this could include a 1 hour weekly meeting with your Prudential team)
  • 2-hour closing on June 26 from 11am-1pm ET
Project fit The small business is looking to develop and implement an identified solution in a quick timeline The challenge is more complex and requires greater upfront research before a deliverable can be developed.
Sample Project Question: How can a small business identify and effectively engage their target audience to increase online sales and drive more traffic to their website?
Deliverable: A set of strategic recommendations on the most effective channels and key messages to engage their audience
Question: How can a small business formalize its short-term and long-term business goals to guide its sustainable growth?
Deliverable: Developed financial projection model to refine 1, 3 & 5-year growth goals based on historical data and planned business strategies
