SWPA Municipal Project Hub Intake Form

The SWPA Municipal Project Hub connects local governments, nonprofits, and schools with no-cost technical assistance to develop and fund projects that support thriving, healthy, and resilient communities. We support projects throughout the ten-county SWPA region that are in the idea phase, nearly shovel-ready, and everywhere in-between. Completing this form is the critical first step in telling our team about your project so we can determine how best to support you. If you have multiple projects, please submit one form per project. The Hub will then contact you by email to discuss next steps.
