Copley Township recently completed a connector trail which connects the Copley Heights Neighborhood to the Copley Community Park. The trail will permit direct pedestrian access to over 125 homes within the area.

Directional named after the neighborhood the trail serves.

Howell Trail
In honor of female land owner, Anne Marie Howell, who is listed as one of the largest land owners with land adjacent to the trail/park.

Starr Trail
In honor of Jonathan Starr first township clerk, one of Summit County’s first Commissioners, and possible the first school teacher. Westview Estates (west of town hall) was built on a section of his farm, promoter of education, sold land to the township to establish Copley Cemetery, buried in Copley Cemetery.

Sunside Trail
Directional named after the road the trail is located off of.
