Equipment required
A computer, phone or tablet with internet connection, video and microphone function, able to run Teams, either as an app or online.

Important note
There is an element of the ICCM Cemetery Management and Compliance course (CM&C) that covers the training of the ICCM Exclusive right of Burial (EROB) course on the 2nd day.
It is more advisable for your learning if you wish to undertake both courses, to do so in consecutive years to ensure you benefit the most from all of the learning experience.

During the online training, attendees can submit questions and comments using the Chat function. The trainer will answer these at the end of Sessions 2 and 4. Following Sessions 1 and 2, attendees are invited to email specific questions about grave ownership to be answered during sessions 3 & 4. Cancellations and refunds – receipt of the completed booking form is a contract.

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 working days before the event.

Cancellations made less then 7 working days before the event will not be refunded and you will be charged the full fee.

No refund will be given for non-attendance.

Substitution of delegates at no extra charge may be made by emailing ICCM - enquiries@iccm-uk.com

Numbers of delegates per course will be restricted to 15.

The fee for the online training covers attendance and documentation.

In the unlikely event of cancellation by the organisers, any fees paid will be refunded but no further liability will be accepted.

The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the programme should this be necessary.
