Contact details and information related thereto introduced in this online registration module is the sole responsibility of the registrant. The accuracy of the data is the sole responsibility of the registrant.

* 1. Contact details will only be used for communication purposes by the Eurobact 2 trial Steering Committee members, the principal investigators, the trial administrator and data manager as well as by the ESICM Trials Group. The contact details will stay in the ESICM Trials Group contact database for 5 years and can be removed at any time and at the request of the registrant by sending an email to research@esicm.org.
Additional requested information on your ICU  will be used for the trial and eCRF.
