Thank you for your interest in joining ESTRO's Agora 2025 retreat, which will take place from 01 to 03 June 2025 in Copenhagen.

To be eligible for the Agora 2025, you need to:
  • Be a member of ESTRO
  • Have fewer than ten years of post-training experience or are currently in training.

The application form has two main sections (I. Personal Information and II.a Open-ended question on your ESTRO involvement and leadership roles and II.b. on Agora 2025).

Please answer the open-ended questions, as it is required for your application assessment. For the open-ended questions, please keep your answers to max 150 words (900 characters max) unless otherwise indicated.

At the end of the application, you must upload the following documents in PDF format:
  • A document including your brief CV (max 1 page) and a list of peer-reviewed publications, starting with the most impactful.
  • A recommendation letter from your current manager or from your mentor.
