Thank you for participating in the Lakewood Strategic Visioning process! This survey is being conducted by Shockey Consulting on behalf of Lakewood LPOA.
This is the first in a series of surveys. This survey will gather baseline information on community demographics, how you value and use our amenities, and your priorities. Based on the results of this initial survey, we will identify areas of focus for additional surveys.

Your input will be used to develop the community’s strategic plan, ENVISION Lakewood, which will set priorities and guide decision making for the next 5-10 years.
The following survey will ask you about four main topic areas:
1) the demographics of your household,
2) satisfaction with LPOA communications,
3) satisfaction with and use of amenities, and
4) areas of focus for the Lakewood strategic plan.
