Call for Public Comment on Continuation of Medication within 30 Days of Discharge

This public comment period is an opportunity for all interested parties to provide input on the measure: Continuation of Medications within 30 Days of Inpatient Psychiatric Discharge. The measure is under consideration by CMS. The public comment period allows interested parties to provide important suggestions relating to measure methodology not previously considered by the measure contractor or the Technical Expert Panel (TEP).

You may provide comments on the proposed measure as an individual or on behalf of an organization.

If you choose to respond as an individual and prefer to remain anonymous, your comments will still be considered.

If you choose to respond on behalf of an organization, we request that at a minimum, you provide the name of the organization and the type of the organization.

Please do not include personal health information in your comments.
