In 2022 The Pump Act was passed to add additional rights and protections for nursing parents. As part of the ongoing work with the Healthy Savannah/YMCA REACH grant, we want to understand if businesses throughout the county are aware of The Pump Act, what changes and policies have been implemented, and what supports may be needed. We also want to know how much employees know about their rights, and how they can be supported in advocating for those rights.
