Looking to start your own Social Lobby? Please fill out the following application for our team to review. If your application is accepted, our team will contact you using the information you provide to us.

All Social Lobbies must adhere to the Echo VR Code of Conduct.
1.What is the title for your proposed Social Lobby? (Ex: Casual, Mature Gamers)(Required.)
2.Do you have at least 100 active members?(Required.)
3.Is your community at least 3 months old? Please provide us with links to confirm this.(Required.)
4.Please provide us with a link to the space where your community is active. (Ex: Discord server, Facebook page/group, etc.)(Required.)
5.What are the rules for your proposed Social Lobby? (Please note: Rules can only be a maximum of 13 lines, with 70 characters per line.)(Required.)
6.What is the description for your proposed Social Lobby? (Please note: Descriptions can only be a maximum of 255 characters total.)(Required.)
7.Who are the Admins for your proposed Social Lobby? Please provide us with their Oculus usernames.(Required.)
8.Who are the Moderators for your proposed Social Lobby? Please provide us with their Oculus usernames.(Required.)
9.Please provide us with an email address or Discord username so our team can contact you if your proposed Social Lobby is accepted.(Required.)
